Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of CleanHands cleaning services.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and CleanHands ("Service Provider", "we", "us") regarding the provision of cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Burgas and surrounding areas. Service details and pricing are discussed individually.

Our services include but are not limited to: regular cleaning, general (deep) cleaning, post-construction cleaning, dry cleaning of furniture and carpets, office cleaning, window cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before each service.

3. Booking

Booking is made by phone or through the contact form. We confirm the date, time, and scope of work before the visit.

To book a service, you must provide accurate information about: the service address, type of cleaning required, approximate size of the premises, and preferred date and time. We will confirm your booking via phone or message within 24 hours.

4. Access Requirements

The Client must ensure proper access to the premises at the agreed time. This includes: providing keys or access codes if the Client will not be present, ensuring water and electricity are available, removing or securing valuables and fragile items, and informing us of any pets or security systems.

5. Payment

Payment is made after the service is completed. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices are agreed upon before work begins.

Prices are provided as estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and additional services requested. All prices are quoted in EUR. We accept cash and bank transfer payments.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full estimated amount.

7. Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, return to rectify any issues at no additional cost.

8. Liability

We take care of your property. In case of accidental damage, we will discuss compensation individually. We are not responsible for items of exceptional value not declared in advance.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service provision. We are not liable for: pre-existing damage or wear, damage to items not disclosed before cleaning, items of exceptional value not declared in advance, or indirect or consequential damages.

9. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: provide accurate information about the premises and cleaning requirements, ensure safe access to all areas to be cleaned, inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions, secure or remove items of exceptional value, and treat our staff with respect.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Current version is always available on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the competent courts of Bulgaria.
