Regular Entrance & Hallway Cleaning in Izgrev bl.207, Burgas (14 Floors, 6 Entrances)

We took over the regular contract cleaning of a large residential complex in Izgrev, Block 207, Burgas — covering 6 entrances and 14 floors (including levels 0 and -1). Beyond standard maintenance, the main goal was to delicately remove dried-up protective plastic film from elevator doors that had been stuck for a long time and was covered in plaster residue. What we did: Protective film removal: Carefully removed the old dried protective film from the elevator doors on every floor (2 elevator doors × 14 floors × 6 entrances) without scratching the stainless steel or metal surfaces. Staircase and floor cleaning: Swept and wet-mopped all staircases, entrance areas, and elevator halls from level -1 up to the 14th floor across all 6 entrances. Common area hygiene: Wiped down handrails, mailboxes, and sanitized elevator control buttons. Why we chose this solution: Old protective film dried with plaster cannot be pulled off easily without damaging the surface. By using special softening solutions and non-abrasive scrapers, we safely restored the elevators and set a high standard for ongoing entrance maintenance.
